If Not Now, then When?

If I am of value to you at all, unlike the rubies draped around your neck, but as the blood which runs through veins, then you can come to me.

I cannot pay your way in. I cannot shake your foundation. I cannot move you. Nor can I coerce, demand, entice. I refuse to be of such service.

We gather dust when we say we will meet halfway, as it was then.

This is now.

So, if not now then when?
