Wild Again.

My heart wants to run into the wild again where the wind licks my spirit alive, where birds overpower chatter, where symphonies are composed by the play between shadow and light, a place where my feet can kiss the earth in a silent prayer of gratitude, where the blue heron reminds me of the grace within, where the eagle mirrors strength, where the streams babble on and on about eternal life, where the trees steady my pace and open up to the skies that don’t know my name, a place where I can let go of yesterday and remember who I am, a space held where the earth always listens whole.

My heart wants to run into the wild again where I can submerge and emerge with soul.
